LAFAYETTE, La. (KALB) - The FBI said they are asking for help in finding a man who was charged with possession of child pornography in Lafayette.

A federal arrest warrant was issued on August 29 for Moses Steven Hernandez, 35, who was last seen in the Lafayette area riding a black bicycle with a horned skull and a light on the handlebars. He also goes by “Hawk” or “Redbird”, the FBI said.

Hernandez is described as a white male, 5′9″ tall and weighs about 180 pounds. He has brown hair and blue eyes, and sometimes wears a camouflage cap with a large red bill and black writing. He also has several tattoos.
