DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) – An estimated $15k was raised for the restoration of St. John the Baptist in Maria Stein this weekend.
The fifth annual Greenway Gala, a drinks and culinary arts festival held in the Marion Township Park Woods, took place on Saturday, Sept. 6. It was $60 a ticket, which covered food and drink, and it is always held on the Saturday after Labor Day.
The event was held in the woods right next to the Maria Stein Shrine of the Holy Relics, a Catholic Museum. It featured live entertainment from Zach Rosenbeck and street art by Marcy Stammen.
