Residents at The Adeline Apartments on Lake Avenue had to be evacuated Tuesday morning after a gym treadmill caught fire, filling the structure with smoke.

Maitland Fire-Rescue, Winter Park Fire-Rescue and the Seminole County Fire Department secured the area of the fire and used fans to ventilate the building and to remove smoke. Latest Forecast
