A couple are planning to sell their home and ditch the 'UK rat race' to embark on a journey travelling around Europe in a van with their children.

Scott Henley's father, David Hawkins, tragically passed away from cancer at the age of 57 in December 2023, after a three-and-a-half-year battle with the disease.

In a bid to use David's legacy 'for good' and as a 'lasting memory of him', Scott, 43, and his partner, Billie-Rose, 30, have decided to start travelling with their two young children, aged three and one, in February 2026.

Scott and Billie have now purchased a van with the inheritance left by his late father, which they've named in his honour.
