Prince Harry, The Duke of Sussex, made a special trip to Nottingham on his return to the UK to visit a place which holds a special place in his heart. While at the Community Recording Studios (CRS) in St Ann's he made the announcement that he would be donating £1.1 million to local charities , including those in Nottingham, through BBC Children in Need.

The Duke was welcomed to St Ann's charity by the public, media, and service users alike. From listening to performances to speeches, it was an emotional day, with crowds coming to watch the ex-royal visit.
