WASHINGTON — "Modern Family" star Eric Stonestreet revealed he's recently tied the knot with longtime partner Lindsay Schweitzer.

Stonestreet, who is best known for his role as Cameron in the ABC sitcom, revealed that he recently married Schweitzer after a four-year engagement. The news was announced on Instagram on Tuesday, Sept. 9, which is the actor's 54 birthday.

"It’s my birthday and guess what I got," Stonestreet said in his post.

The actor shared a series of photos from the wedding, including some shots of him walking down the aisle with his Schweitzer.

Several celebrities expressed their well wishes under the post, including Stonestreet's on-screen husband Jesse Tyler Ferguson.
