An early 2026 opening date has been announced for an events space eyed for a downtown property.

The 19th-century former church building located on the property was previously slated for a Bob Dylan-centric project.

According to a release, Elm Nashville will open March 1 and is now accepting booking inquiries and reservations for weddings and corporate gatherings, among other events.

The building to house Elm (stylized as “ELM”) is located at 614 Rep John Lewis Way S. in the general SoBro and Rutledge Hill area.

Cleveland-based real estate company GBX Group owns the property, having taken ownership via a quitclaim deed transaction in December 2023, Metro records show.
