TWIN FALLS, Idaho (KMVT/KSVT) — A Twin Falls man has pleaded guilty in district court to statutory rape and producing child sexual abuse material as part of a plea agreement.

Dominic Asay, 21, pleaded guilty on Sept. 2 to one felony count of rape in which the victim is 16-17 years old and the perpetrator is 3 years or older, as well as one felony count of producing or publishing child sexually exploitative material, according to court minutes. An amended charging document removed one statutory rape charge and three child sexual abuse material charges.
