TWIN FALLS, Idaho (KMVT/KSVT) — A Twin Falls man has pleaded guilty in district court to rape and producing or publishing child sexually exploitative material as part of a plea agreement.

Dominic Asay, 21, pleaded guilty on Sept. 2 to one felony count of rape in which the victim is 16-17 years old and the perpetrator is 3 years or older, as well as one felony count of producing, publishing or promoting sexually exploitative material, according to court minute documents.

Twin Falls Police launched their investigation after the Internet Crimes Against Children unit assigned them a case regarding an anonymous tip. An affidavit from the police department states that the anonymous person said that Asay was “reported multiple times about having relationships with underage girls.”
