The San Francisco 49ers ' injury woes have carried into the regular season, and the roster is already decimated one week into the 2025 NFL season.

George Kittle exited the 49ers' Week 1 game against the Seattle Seahawks with a hamstring injury and was ruled out swiftly after reporting to the sidelines. ESPN's NFL insider Adam Schefter reported on Tuesday that San Francisco officially placed the 31-year-old tight end on injured reserve.
