WESTFIELD, Ind — We are getting a fresh look at the massive The Grand on Main project coming to downtown Westfield.

National construction firm Skender announced on Tuesday, Sept. 9 that the development formerly known as Jersey 32 had been renamed to The Grand on Main.

The project is due to cost $105 million and feature more than 200 residential units, 51,000 square feet of ground-floor retail and more than 15,000 feet of commercial office space.

“This project is about fueling smart growth and supporting communities where we live and build,” said Brian Simons, senior vice president at Skender in a statement. “We’re proud to be part of the team shaping a development that brings housing, jobs and energy to the heart of Westfield.”
