The Mesa Police Department is seeking the public’s help in locating 17-year-old Samantha Marie Ninos who is missing and was last seen at 12:10 a.m. Sept. 6 near Signal Butte and Warner.

She is a white female with blonde hair, brown eyes, standing 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighing 189 pounds.
