Birmingham Seaholm rolled over Auburn Hills Avondale in Week 2 of the Michigan high school football season, giving Jim DeWald his 76th win as the Maples head coach.

That pushed him to the top of the list, making DeWald the winningest football coach in Seaholm history, passing Doug Fraser. It also led to the Detroit Lions Coach of the Week honor.
