AMERICAN FORK, Utah (ABC4) — NaTasha Turner lost her husband and his brother to suicide in the span of 29 hours. She is now using her grief as a source of inspiration to start a campaign to share suicide awareness resources throughout September — National Suicide Prevention Month.
It was the morning of December 7, 2023, when NaTasha read her good morning text from her husband, Roman. Things were going on as usual, and Roman was in a good mood because he was taking his finals for the Department of Corrections, so he could be a correctional officer.
