TOLEDO, Ohio — For the last year and a half, Anthony Foster and his girlfriend, Karen Reno, have been dealing with issues next door to their east Toledo home.

After a damaged roof, damaged fence and piles of branches in their yard all coming from their neighbor's yard, they're ready for a solution.

"The overgrowth is overwhelming," Foster said.

The couple has been living at their home on the 700 block of Willard Street for almost 20 years. They said there were never problems until new owners took over a few years ago.

Reno said she reached out to Engage Toledo in June about the overgrowth. Engage Toledo responded and said they would request a code enforcement inspector for the issues.
