WEST SPRINGFIELD, Mass. (WTNH) — The Big E, the largest fair in the Northeast, kicks off this Friday, Sept. 12, drawing hundreds of thousands of visitors to West Springfield.
Wednesday, Sept. 17, is Connecticut Day at The Big E, which is typically one of the most popular days at the fair.
On Connecticut Day, attendees can enjoy a day-long celebration featuring a parade and live entertainment on Connecticut’s front lawn stage. The lineup includes The Savage Brothers, Salvatore Basile, Coastal Mix, School of Rock of New Canaan and Red Light.
The Connecticut Building, which opens on Friday, will be open daily from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.
