SPRINGFIELD, Mass. (WWLP) - The Healey-Driscoll administration has awarded $800,000 in grants to school districts and colleges throughout the state, aiming to enhance early learning through program partnerships.
This funding was awarded to 17 school districts and 14 colleges, and will support over 350 teacher candidates during the school year as they complete their teacher preparation programs. Pre-K-12 educators will also get the opportunity to learn from each other and gain new practices while tackling early literacy instruction.
