WASHINGTON COUNTY, Pa. —

A student sustained minor injuries after a school bus was involved in a crash in Washington County Tuesday afternoon.

In a post from the South Strabane Fire Department, crews were called to the area of Burkett Lane just before 4 p.m. following reports of a school bus crash. Advertisement

Officials said they arrived on scene to find a single bus involved. The bus was carrying 10 students from the Trinity Area School District at the time of the incident.

The post said one student suffered a minor injury. It is unclear if they were taken to the hospital for treatment.

The department said the other students were placed on another bus to continue their route home.
