A 19-year-old man was arrested last month after he was accused of firing multiple shots at an occupied car in the City of Burlington, investigators said.

Donte Anderson, of Eastampton, was charged with two counts of second-degree aggravated assault and multiple weapons-related offense, the Burlington County Prosecutor’s Office announced Tuesday.

Officers from the City of Burlington Police Department were called to the area of York Street and Clarkson Street on Aug. 14 for a report of shots fired, the office said in a statement.

Investigators found that Anderson fired about 10 rounds toward a sedan in the city because he and the occupants had been in a dispute, officials said. Nobody was struck by the gunfire.
