ST PAUL, Minn. — For the first time on Tuesday, Gov. Tim Walz met with top legislative leaders on both sides of the aisle.
He's adamant about calling a special session soon to address gun laws, particularly after the Annunciation Church shooting that killed two children.
A ban is easily the biggest priority for Democrats, while Republicans say they plan to pursue mental health measures and more funding for school safety.
