A violent young woman has been jailed following two separate brutal attacks in which she "glassed" a man outside a pub and later "bottled" a woman during another pub confrontation.

Blaze Jessop, 22, from the Greatfield estate in Hull had previously avoided prison twice by receiving two separate suspended sentences.

In one incident, she caused a horrific and "devastating" facial wound when she "glassed" a man in a "random and unprovoked" attack outside a pub. In a later attack, she inflicted serious facial injuries on a woman after she severely "over-reacted" during a late-night altercation at a bar, Hull Crown Court heard .

Jessop admitted to breaching a 16-month suspended sentence imposed on June 18, 2024, for inflicting grievous bodily harm on a man in Bridlington on April 9, 2023
