PITTSBURGH — The Pittsburgh Steelers will be down several defensive players for their home opener against the Seattle Seahawks on Sunday.

Mike Tomlin said on Tuesday rookie defensive lineman Derrick Harmon will miss his second consecutive game as he recovers from a knee sprain suffered at the end of the preseason. Safety DeShon Elliott and inside linebacker Malik Harrison will also be out with knee injuries they sustained in the team’s Week 1 game against the New York Jets.
