CLARENCE, N.Y. — Another national chain is inching closer to opening in Western New York

Trader Joe's has officially announced that construction of the proposed Transit Road location in Clarence.

Buffalo Business First had previously reported that Benderson Development received approvals from the Clarence Planning Board for the development plan of the location in May of this year.

Now, the grocery store chain has added a location at 5017 Transit Road to it's "Opening Soon" location list.

There is not an exact timeline for construction, and no dates for opening have been announced just yet.
