ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – A judge has a week to decide if one of the teens charged in the death of a bicyclist will be released from custody. William Garcia is facing a murder charge for the death of Scott Habermehl last year. In April, prosecutors claimed Garcia, who was 15 years old at the time, recorded the incident and could be heard saying, "just bump him."

They argued that it was proof he was a dangerous person, meaning he should remain locked up through his trial. A judge agreed, keeping him behind bars.
