Former Liberal Party staffer Bruce Lehrmann is seeking a full and unredacted copy of a forensic download of the complainant's mobile phone in his Toowoomba rape case.
The new request comes after two new recordings have surfaced, including one of a conversation between the investigating police officer and the complainant.
The case was mentioned on Wednesday before Judge Craig Chowdhury in Ipswich District Court, where Mr Lehrmann's lawyer also sought a subpoena for access to her client's diaries, which were earlier seized by an anti-corruption body.
Mr Lehrmann faces two charges of rape, alleged to have occurred at Toowoomba in October 2021.
The case has had numerous mentions this year, as the parties wrangle over documents, recordings and evidence.
