Frank M. Koslow Rexford - Frank M. Koslow, age 92, a resident of Coburg Village, passed away peacefully on September 7, 2025.

Frank was born in Watervliet, NY and raised on Lowell Street in Albany, NY. He attended PS 26 and was a 1951 graduate of Philip Schuyler High School. He served honorably in the Army from 1954 to 1956. A career State employee, he was an Associate Right of Way Agent with the Real Estate Division of the Department of Transportation from which he retired in 1995.
