Kontoor Brands Inc. disclosed in a regulatory filing the post-employment compensation package for former Chief Operating Officer Tom Waldron.

Waldron stepped down from those duties on July 28, while remaining an employee through Sept. 30. Waldron was promoted to the job in March 2024.

Waldron will be paid $1.35 million, equal to 18 months of his previous base salary.

During fiscal 2024, Waldron was paid $846,154 in base salary, $1.38 million in incentive pay and total compensation of $5.25 million.

He retained eligibility to receive a pro rata share of any annual cash incentive program award earned based on 2025 performance factors, as well as a reduced cost for COBRA health benefits coverage.
