TOLEDO, Ohio — Award-winning actor Jeff Daniels is coming to the Glass City for an evening performance at the Valentine Theatre , according to a press release from the theatre.

Daniels, who was born in Georgia but raised in nearby Chelsea, Michigan, will perform "an evening of music, stories and laughter" in the downtown Toledo theatre on Saturday, Nov. 22. It comes as a special add-on event to the Valentine's presenting season, which also marks the theatre's 130th birthday this December.

Tickets for the 8 p.m. performance go on sale for current subscribes Sept. 15 - 17, while the general public can purchase them starting Thursday, Sept. 18.
