It's a good idea to throw on a warm extra layer over your regular layers, and get your umbrella handy as you get ready to head out the door to take on your Tuesday. Showers have been fizzling out overnight following scattered rain showers and thunderstorms Monday afternoon and evening. Skies will stay cloudy through the day, and we'll have more chances for scattered showers and thunderstorms. The best chance for active weather will stay in the northern end of the valley and Northern Mountains, but there is at least a slight chance for active weather across our entire region.
