TYLER, Texas — No injuries were reported after a fire started in the kitchen at Green Acres Bowling in Tyler early Wednesday morning.

According to the firefighters on the scene, the call came in around 2 a.m. and crews found smoke in the building. They learned the blaze started in the kitchen area when a bucket with oily rags caught on fire.

Firefighters say there was no other heat source around. No one was injured. First responders said the business should be able to open.
