Even if he never has another significant moment for the rest of his Red Sox tenure, Connelly Early’s 11-strikeout debut last night will be remembered by Sox fans for a long time (if, like me, you still wistfully remember the name Juan Peña, you know exactly what I’m talking about). Last night was fun as hell and the type of night that special seasons are made of.
