BRADENTON, Fla. ( WWSB ) — The Manatee County School Board has finalized Dr. Laurie Breslin as the new superintendent of schools.

Breslin signed a three-year contract on Tuesday, Sept. 9, cementing her role as the district’s chief executive officer with an annual salary of $245,000. The agreement is in effect through June 30, 2028.
