KNIGHTSVILLE, S.C. —

A business operator in South Carolina has been arrested and charged after alcohol was sold to an undercover officer at the business that did not have an alcohol license or permit, according to arrest warrants.

The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) charged Robert Devaine Ancrum, 41, with failure to secure a required beer or wine sale permit, unlawful storage or possession of alcoholic liquors in place of business, and unlawful sale of alcoholic liquors on Thursday. Latest Forecast
