LAS VEGAS, Nev. (KOLO) - A Las Vegas woman has been sentenced to 10 years in prison after being convicted for selling the fentanyl pills that resulted in the death of another person.

Daniell Partington will serve four years of parole following her release.

The DOJ says that from the Fall of 2019 to January 2020, Partington was the pill supplier for the victim, who she sold to on multiple occasions.

On Jan. 23, 2020, the unnamed victim overdosed on the pills sold to him by Partington and her co-conspirator.

She pleaded guilty to one count of conspiracy to distribute a controlled substance on March 7.
