Chester Leroy Herrington Jr., age 89, peacefully passed away on August 31, 2025, in Logan, Utah. He was born on October 3, 1935, in Newhall, California, to Chester Leroy Herrington Sr. and Lora Lee Herrington.

Chester married the love of his life, Debra Herrington, on August 8, 1981. Throughout his life, Chester was proud to call Canyon Country and Newhall, California, his home. He graduated from Hart High School and went on to build a successful career as a teamster and crude oil supervisor at Newhall Refinery, eventually retiring from Pauley Petroleum after an impressive 30 years of dedicated service.
