CAPE MAY — Police are attempting to identify two people who allegedly broke into a miniature golf course early Sunday and removed a Humpty Dumpty figure.

The incident occurred at Ocean Putt Golf on Beach Avenue at 4:07 a.m., police said in a Facebook post.

One suspect was spotted climbing the fence and damaging the figure before removing it from its structure and discarding it along Jackson Street, police said.
