ARKANSAS, USA — Arkansans spent over $193 million on medical marijuana purchases at state dispensaries from Jan. 1 to August 31, according to the Arkansas Department of Finance and Administration (DFA).

According to DFA officials, this total was $193,126,466 and is an increase of more than $10 million from the same period of time last year when sales were $182.5.

The total pounds sold in the state for 2025 was 52,292, which is also an significant year-to-year increase. Most recently throughout the state, there were 6,721 pounds sold in July and 6,778 pounds sold in August.
