Ever since I can remember, I've loved raiding my parents' closets. My dad has the coolest jackets and the best sense of style, and my mom's wardrobe is filled with timeless classics. Her pieces from the '90s and early 2000s are usually my favorites, thanks to the impeccable quality and perfect fit. Unfortunately, both of my parents love getting rid of their "old" clothes without my knowledge — my mom especially has passed along so many treasures with the reasoning that they're not really her style or they're not "in" anymore. From my grandmother's furs and vintage dresses to Levi's jeans , basically everything I'd want to get my hands on is now being worn by people outside our family.
