Terrion Arnold was back at practice after missing the second half of the Green Bay Packers game with a groin injury, but the Detroit Lions were without two key starters Wednesday as they started preparation for the Chicago Bears .

Left tackle Taylor Decker and linebacker Jack Campbell did not take part in the open portion of practice Wednesday.
