Northbound Causeway bridge closed after crash. Here's what we know.

The northbound span of the Lake Pontchartrain Causeway is closed due to a crash.

The bridge sent out texts at 12:41 p.m. noting the closure.

Causeway General Manager Carlton Dufrechou had few details but said there was a crash with some injuries. He didn't know how severe the injuries were. He said the crash was around the 3-mile mark.
