The former leader of Tulsa's emergency management response services was in court again Wednesday after being charged with possession of child pornography.
Joseph Kralicek, 45, who once directed the Tulsa Area Emergency Management Agency, made his initial appearance before a magistrate judge.
Tulsa County District Court Special Judge Rodney Sparkman set an Oct. 17 preliminary hearing date for Kralicek, who in September had been granted a one-month extension on his initial court appearance.
Tulsa County deputies arrested Kralicek at his Glenpool home Aug. 7, the same day prosecutors filed the possession of child pornography charge against him. He has since been free on a $50,000 bond.
