The fate of Hulk Hogan 's will has been shared.

After the former pro wrestler died of a heart attack at age 71 in July, he had left nearly $5 million in assets to his and ex-wife Linda Hogan 's son Nick Hogan , according to court documents obtained by Us Weekly .

The 35-year-old was listed as the sole beneficiary of the estate, with Hulk and Linda's estranged daughter Brooke Hogan not included in the will. Additionally, the WWE alum's widow Melanie Sky Daily was listed as his surviving spouse.

E! News has reached out to reps for Brooke and Hulk's estate for comment and has not yet heard back.

For Nick, Hulk—who died on July 24— was not only "the most incredible person" he'd ever known, but also his hero.
