When it comes to paying for light rail on the new Interstate 5 Bridge, C-Tran is keeping its options open.
On Tuesday, C-Tran’s board of directors voted to maintain policy language that the transit agency “may” fund Washington’s share of operations and maintenance costs for the TriMet light rail line expected to be part of the I-5 replacement bridge .
