A federal judge recently rejected efforts to dismiss a lawsuit filed on behalf of 9/11 victims and families.

The suit alleges the government of Saudi Arabia backed the hijackers who launched the Sept. 11 attacks.

Brett Eagleson, president of 9/11 Justice, has been leading the legal battle. He joined Annika Pergament on "The Rush Hour" Wednesday to talk about the lawsuit, the evidence his organization has discovered and their calls for justice.
