Napa County was placed under a flood advisory by the National Weather Service on Wednesday at 2:37 p.m. The advisory is in effect until 5:30 p.m.

The NWS San Francisco CA said, “Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.”

“Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas,” according to the NWS. “Turn around, don’t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.”
