CARL JUNCTION, Mo. — The former mayor of Carl Junction is seeking a judge's review in Jasper County Circuit Court of his impeachment.

Mike Moss is asking a court to review a resolution by the Carl Junction Board of Aldermen that removed him from office last month. The board heard six hours of testimony over two days before voting to oust Moss, who had been elected four months earlier. He had previously served as mayor from 2005-17. ×
