LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) - 26 newcomers in 2026. Nebraska’s baseball roster turns over for the upcoming season with one of the largest incoming classes in program history. The group includes a pair of local talents in Jeter Worthley and Joey Senstock. Both are Lincoln East graduates who helped the Spartans win a pair of NSAA State Championships.
The reigning Big Ten Tournament champions started fall practice last week. Head coach Will Bolt described his team as ‘extroverted’ with the freshman class having ‘swagger.’
Nebraska has exhibition games scheduled against Wichita State and Omaha this fall. Plus, the Huskers will host the Red vs. White series October 13-15 at Hawks Field.
