KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) - A Kansas City man was found in possession of fentanyl, cocaine and methamphetamine before he caused a crash on I-70 during an escape attempt.
The U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Western District of Missouri announced on Wednesday, Sept. 10, that Damian Mays, 35, of Kansas City, Kansas, has been indicted for drug trafficking and firearms crimes.
Court documents indicated that Mays has been charged with possession with intent to distribute fentanyl, cocaine and marijuana. He was also hit with possession of firearms in furtherance of drug trafficking and being a felon in possession of firearms charges.
