HAZARD, Ky. (WYMT) - An exciting new addition is being built on The Grand in downtown Hazard.

A new stage is being built for the community to continue to gather on The Grand.

Officials with The City of Hazard say this addition will allow for further utilization of the Grand for city and community events and gatherings.

Joey Jones, the downtown coordinator with the City of Hazard said the stage will be used for several types of events, such as UK football watch parties and live music performances.
