A 22-year-old Manchester man was sentenced to 10 to 20 years in state prison in connection to a 2022 shooting that occurred in Goffstown, the Hillsborough County Attorney’s Office said.

Christopher Lacerte was convicted on multiple charges at a trial in March.

The sentence by Judge David Anderson is for one count of first-degree assault, according to a news release.

The jury also found Lacerte guilty on two counts of reckless conduct with a firearm. Lacerte received suspended prison sentences of 3½-7 years on each of those counts, with 10 years of supervision after his release.

Lacerte was charged with shooting Kaden Hawley, 23, outside the victim’s residence at 61 Tibbetts Hill Road on Feb. 7, 2022.
